Captain Paul Strachan is President of the Air Canada Pilots Association.

As President, Captain Strachan represents Air Canada's pilots to governments and public agencies, other pilot associations and employee groups, media and a range of other stakeholders.

Captain Strachan is a former Chair of ACPA's governing Master Executive Council and has also served as chair and member of several ACPA committees. He began his career with Air Canada in 1999 and has operated a wide variety of military and commercial aircraft. Captain Strachan is currently based in Toronto.

His term as President runs until December 31, 2010.
